Help

1. Click top ribbon Inventory, dropdown "Add Inventory"
2. Fill out form that is opened, note red stars indicate required fields.
3. Assign to Facility that you want, assign to department, existing departments will appear as you type.
4. Add Inventory Image, use Browse for picture on computer or click Camera to take picture.
5. Click SAVE, you will go to LIST INVENTORY

1. Click the Ribbon Inventory Drop Down “List Inventory”
2. Click Green Audit

#2 Risk Assessment
#3 Risk Rating
#4 Action Items
#5 Audit Summary

1. After you have logged in, find your Facility, then List Inventory
2. You can use the search bar to find the machine you want to update.
3. Click the green Audit bottom at the bottom of the tile. Scroll to the bottom of the Audit Summary that comes up.
4. Click the pencil on the Action Item you want to update.
5. You can add the picture or change the picture with the Browse bottom on the right. You can set the status to Complete and SAVE. You are all updated then.
